GIORNATA IN CUCINA Alunos do curso de Italiano preparam uma receita típica: PASTA ALLA CARBONARA. O professor Pietro Giannò é natural da Itália, porém mora no Brasil. A atividade foi uma oportunidade para aprender a receita original da deliciosa massa Carbonara, além de praticar a fala da língua italiana e aprimorar vocabulário. La ricetta:La pasta alla carbonara ha origini molto incerte e molte sono le ipotesi. Ci sono infinite varazioni. La pasta è solitamente una pasta lunga, come gli spaghetti. C'è chi mette l'aglio, c'è chi mette le uove intere, c'è chi mette solo i tuorli, c'è chi non usa il guanciale, ma la pancetta o il semplice prosciutto crudo. C'è anche chi aggiunge la panna per rendere il piatto più cremoso. Noi lo prepareremo con la panna, la pancetta e le uova intere.
